Shipment:
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, I will notify you within 48 hours of your order. International deliveries will take approximately 15-20 days. There may be other unanticipated delays, such as customs, etc.
These timeframes are approximations based on our shipping experience. However, sometimes your order may take longer if uncontrollable factors delay it. Please understand.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
Please notify me 48 hours after receiving the goods you intend to return. I must verify returns via email before the item is mailed back. You need to pay the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued ONLY for your purchase price; your original shipping charge will NOT be refunded. All returns must be returned to me within seven days of the initial email communication. Custom designs are none returnable items.
NOT ACCEPTABLE RETURN ITEMS:
1. Handbags worn and washed are not acceptable returns.
2. Handbag used and worn.
3. Items in your possession for longer than seven days.
