In March 2025, I traveled with my husband Tamir on a dreamy trip along the Amalfi Coast in Italy. We wandered through postcard-perfect villages, drove along winding, narrow roads carved into cliffsides, with breathtaking views of the sparkling Mediterranean at every turn.
We stepped into ancient churches, soaked in centuries of history, and sailed between charming little towns on ferries that felt like floating through a painting. We hiked high up in the mountains, surrounded by terraced lemon groves — the very lemons used to make the region’s famous limoncello 🍋
To our surprise and delight, we learned that in the steeper, less accessible areas, the lemons are still transported the old-fashioned way — on the backs of sturdy, sure-footed mules, calmly navigating the narrow paths like seasoned locals.
And the pizza? We ate so much pizza. Before even taking a bite, the aroma alone was enough to make you close your eyes and sigh with happiness. Each slice was a perfect balance of crispy crust, bubbling cheese, and fresh toppings — pure magic on a plate.
And no, I didn't buy a leather bag. I found mine to be more beautiful and of higher quality, so I stick with the locally made 💕
